I receive my signal from the main Moel y Parc transmitter and have heard that I need to re-tune again on Wednesday 2 December – is this true?
After the second stage of switchover on the 25th November some of the commercial groups of channels, e.g. Film 4, Sky Three and Dave, will not be broadcast at their final frequencies, in order to protect neighbouring regions from interference.
Viewers receiving their signal from the main Moel y Parc transmitter are recommended to complete a re-tune of their Freeview equipment on Wednesday 2 December to continue watching these services. Channel changes will mean that channelised communal systems may need to be adjusted on this date.
