I receive my signal from Winter Hill - why am I missing certain channels following a retune of my digital recorder?
Certain digital TV recorders, typically purchased between mid 2006 and mid 2007, may be unable to receive certain channels following a re-tune during the switchover of the Winter Hill transmitter. The equipment affected will typically not be able to receive specific groups of digital channels which will include BBC1, BBC2, Sky News and Dave. This issue only affects the following makes/models of digital TV recorder if they have T810 written on the base of the unit.
| Digihome PVR80 (Argos) | Evesham PVR160 | Hitachi HDR160 (Argos) |
| Digihome PVR160 (Argos) | Goodmans GHD8015F2 | Maplin PVR80 |

A software update has been developed to rectify this issue by the manufacturers of the equipment listed above. If any Winter Hill viewers are affected by this issue Digital UK recommends that they contact their manufacturer for further information on how this software update will become available.
Alternatively viewers can contact their electrical retailer about replacing the unit in the event that the software cannot be updated.
